Steaks to Grill:

1.   Pre-heat grill to a hot temperature

2.   Remove meat from the freezer or marinade

3.   Remove meat from cyro package

4.   Season to taste

5.   Brown on each side about 2-3 minutes until browned, this seals in the juices

6.   Lower heat to a medium temperature and cook to desired preference (rare,   medium well or well done)

 

     - Serve with your favorite steak sauce and favorite side, enjoy!

Baked Boneless Chicken Breast

Chicken may be placed directly from the freezer to the cooking surface:

 

1.   Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

2.   Remove from cyro wrapping

3.   Season if plain, both sides

4.   Drizzle with olive oil or cooking butter

5.   Add water to cover the bottom of baking sheet

6.   Cover with foil, replace foil after turning

7.   Cook 15 minutes, turn

 

     - Check if all juices from the chicken should run clear – no pink or red inside!

Grilled Chicken Breast

1.   Thaw or marinade in a covered dish, I prefer Italian dressing

2.   Pre-heat grill to medium low heat

3.   Remove cyro wrapping

4.   Season both sides of chicken if desired

5.   Place chicken on grill, turn when needed

6.   Cook until all juices from the chicken run clear – no pink or red inside!

Chicken Cordon Blue

Important: Keep chicken frozen!

 

1.   Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2.   Remove from packing

3.   Place on a baking sheet

4.   Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown
